For 2021, offices with an area of 14-110 m2<\/sup>\u00a0are rented with a monthly rental fee of 63 TL\/m2<\/sup>\u00a0and a monthly operating expense of 21 TL\/m2<\/sup>. In addition, priority is given to all Teaching Staff companies whose partners are members of Ege University in terms of leasable space, and the rental price will be applied as 54 TL\/m2<\/sup>-month<\/strong>. As a result of the R&D studies in the applications, it is expected that the technological verification of the subject under scientific and\/or laboratory conditions has been made, the R&D studies aimed at commercialization have been targeted, and a business plan has been prepared in this context.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Personnel who will be permanently employed are given unpaid leave by their institutions and their relations with their staff continue. Of these, the retirement rights of the personnel subject to the Republic of Turkey Retirement Fund Law No. 5434, for the time they spend here, are reserved, provided that the provisions of Article 31 of the Law No. 5434 are complied with. The provisions of the 36th article of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, contrary to the regulations in this article, shall not be applied. Submission of the project is entirely a decision to be made by the Project owner institution\/organization. The fact that the project is prepared or supported to be submitted to SME or TUBITAK or other support programs is not sufficient for it to be included in the TDZ.
